Mermaid's Paradise

I wanted this piece to be a parallel fantasy type of feel. With the moon coming out in the day and the land looks distorted but strangely beautiful. Its sort of a view from the mermaid's eyes.

She sees the world above her as strange yet beautiful, familiar and comforting though alien to her. While the world underneath her, in the water, is beautiful and clear. The poem is by Afred Lord Tennyson.

I used the second verse since I think it fits the piece best, seeing as how i pictured this mermaid going back into the water after trying to find the person that loves her or loves her not
